Robin joined the BCPSQC as Project Coordinator, Learning & Strategic Initiatives in May 2012. Her background includes a wide range of project management and policy analysis experience.

In her previous position, Robin worked in the remote arctic community of Igloolik, Nunavut, where she led the implementation of the Government of Nunavut’s first Public Health Strategy in the territory’s North Baffin region. She has also worked in a policy analysis capacity for the Canadian International Development Agency in Gatineau, Quebec, and spent time living and working in Tepotzotlan, Mexico, where she coordinated a diversity of student-driven projects at a private learning institution near Mexico City.

Passionate about improving quality of health care for British Columbians, Robin is pleased to support a variety of initiatives with the Council. These include helping to plan and execute the Quality Forum, an annual conference to promote knowledge sharing and idea discussion for health system improvement, and the Quality Academy, a six-month professional development program. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Public Administration from Carleton University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Sociology from the University of the Fraser Valley.
