Quality Café Recording – Looking Through Our Patients’ Eyes
Are you interested in understanding and improving the health care experience for patients and clients?
Between October 2010 and April 2011, a province-wide experience of care survey captured the voices of 6,615 patients and clients who received short stay inpatient mental health and substance use care and services in BC. This webinar explored how to translate patient-centred performance data from the Mental Health and Substance Use experience of care survey results into action. An overview of how patient experience is measured in BC was provided.
At the end of the presentation, participants were challenged to think of how they can implement tests of change to measure and improve the experience and satisfaction of their short stay MHSU patients and clients.
