Carol joined the Council in January 2016 as an Engagement Leader focusing on supporting patient engagement in the Okanagan area. Previously, Carol worked with the Patient Voices Network – since its inception – in the role of Engagement Liaison. She is excited to continue the journey as BC continues to embrace the patient voice in health care change.

Carol has a strong background in community development, project management, education and clinical practice as a Registered Nurse. Her goal is to continue to use her passion for quality improvement in health care through patient and community engagement, education, and health promotion.
