Jacquelyne joined the Council in January 2016 as an Engagement Leader with a focus on the Thompson and Cariboo regions. Previously, Jacquelyne supported patient engagement in health care improvement through her role as Engagement Liaison for the Patient Voices Network. She is excited to continue support and explore alternative forms of authentic patient engagement in health care.
With a background in wellness promotion, education and program development for marginalized and Urban Aboriginal populations, Jacquelyne has a strong passion for enhancing the equity of patient engagement in health care improvement. With collaborative partners, Jacquelyne aims to enrich the flexibility of engagement processes to address the specific needs of urban, rural, remote and Aboriginal populations.
