Raman joined Health Quality BC in January 2020. In her current role, she is leading projects that will result in improved health care experiences for patients, families and communities across the province. Raman’s work at HQBC reflects her passion and commitment to improving the health care journey experienced by British Columbians through sustainable, patient-centred and data-driven transformation. She is continuously challenging herself and others to think “outside the box” and try something new when it comes to solving some of the age-old problems encountered in health care.

Prior to joining HQBC, Raman worked in the Strategic Information Management office at Interior Health supporting decision-making and health system planning for various service areas. Raman holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Science and a Master of Health Studies. Outside of work, you can find Raman enjoying nature, travelling, organizing things and spending time with her wonderful family!
