Tina joined the Council in May 2018 as Leader, Learning & Capability Development, and works with the Council staff to create, deliver, and provide leadership to BCPSQC learning strategies.
Tina’s passion lies in developing and facilitating education programs that empower and inspire organizations and people to meaningfully enhance the lives of the individuals and families they serve. She believes in the power of collective health care improvement and is interested in challenging the way we do things in order to create positive change at all levels of the BC health system. Tina aims to bring stakeholders together to learn and inspire innovation through shared curiosity, dialogue and empathy.
Tina has worked in health care for over 15 years within a variety of clinical areas across BC and Alberta, including acute care, public health, community, as well as the academic and professional practice settings. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, completed her Masters of Leadership, Health Specialization at Royal Roads University, and is a proud graduate of Quality Academy.
