Sign Up for Wave 2 of Our Teamwork & Communication Action Series!
Earlier this year, we offered a new action series to teams across BC for the first time, with the goal of improving non-technical skills to improve quality of care. Wave 1 of the Teamwork & Communication Action Series launched in April, with 50 teams participating in the 12-week series. We think it was a pretty big success (and we’ll be sharing a report with the outcomes and evaluation with you soon), so we wanted to offer it again – with a few tweaks and improvements.
Once again, we’re inviting teams from across BC to improve patient outcomes and team culture by enhancing teamwork and communication. Wave 2 will begin on January 25, 2018, we will be meeting virtually for a series of five learning and action-based webinars, each followed by an action period, delivered over 13 weeks to help ignite change in your team.
With a longer time frame and an additional webinar and action period, we hope teams will get even more value from the series.
Participation in the action series is free, but teams must commit to attending webinars and participating in “action periods” in between. Because the series was so popular the first time around, we’ll also be reviewing applicants to make sure the action series is right for them.
