We’re partnering with Healthcare Excellence Canada to support the long-term care (LTC) sector with improving health outcomes related to COVID-19.
LTC+: Acting on Pandemic Learning Together is an extensive program developed by our national partners with several areas of support to put pandemic learning into tangible action. Participants will learn about and share promising practices as well as apply for coaching and seed funding.
To support the program, we’ll be reviewing applications and providing BC teams who have applied for seed funding with a coach to support their improvement initiative(s). We’ll also be recruiting guest speakers for the webinars and huddles.
