1. Decide to Join as an Action & Improvement Team or as a Supporter
If you would like custom support in addition to numerous supports outlined in the table below, join Clear as an Action & Improvement Team.

Or, to join Clear in a less involved way, you and your staff can participate as Supporters to receive its newsletters and access most if its resources.

2. Have a Question About Clear’s Alignment with Your Care Home’s Work?

3. Need Some General Info About Clear?
Come to one of our three upcoming info webinars. Go to bcpsqc.webex.com and join the session titled “Clear: Information for Interested Teams.” You can also participate using only your phone by calling 1.877.668.4490 and entering the webinar’s session number.

To register as an Action & Improvement Team click here. Please note that space for Action & Improvement Teams is currently reserved for care homes with more than 25% of their residents prescribed antipsychotics without a diagnosis of psychosis.Contact us if you’re unsure of your percentage or wish to be added to a waitlist.

5. We Start Soon
Beginning in November, your Action & Improvement Team will attend webinars that will lay the foundation for your work ahead. Then, you will begin participating in virtual learning and in-person events, and working with improvement advisors who will provide support through calls, custom feedback, and site visits as you work to reduce the use of antipsychotics.
