Presenter: Dr Jasmine Kler, MD FRCPC Dipl ABOM
Dr Kler completed her Doctorate of Medicine at the University of Western Ontario and her General Internal Medicine Residency at the University of British Columbia. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine. She has been practicing obesity medicine in North Vancouver since 2017 and is keenly aware of the power of lifestyle modification and its ability to put metabolic diseases into remission. Her approach to obesity medicine is multi-faceted and includes motivational interviewing, lifestyle and nutritional counselling, pharmacotherapy, preparation and referral for bariatric surgery where appropriate.
