The BC Patient Safety & Quality Council and Institute for Health System Transformation & Sustainability will be hosting a virtual two half-day session to investigate leading practices and promote dialogue towards action on type 2 diabetes prevention, management and reversal in BC.
The two half-day virtual dialogue sessions will be a blend of presentations and active participation, giving attendees opportunities to create connections for accelerating change. Come to the dialogue sessions ready to learn and connect with other thought leaders representing primary and secondary clinical delivery, community services, population health, patients, researchers and policy makers.
