Home Improve Care Long-Term Care LTC QI (2.0) (January 2022 – October 2022)

In partnership with Healthcare Excellence Canada, the LTC Quality Improvement “QI” program supported 286 long-term care homes across Canada, including 44 in BC to implement quality improvement projects focused on person-centered care and people in the workforce. Participating homes received seed funding, coaching and QI resources to assist with their projects.
