Do you need interactive activities that can help your team accelerate improvement in health care and beyond? Check out our new resource, ATTIC: Activities for Transforming Teams & Igniting Change.
ATTIC is a collection of activities that you and your team can use to build teamwork, develop communication skills, enable creative thinking and innovation, and help explore systems. They’re free, downloadable, and a lot of fun. We’ve launched the website as a result of tremendous feedback we’ve received for our print ATTIC cards, which have been distributed at many of our workshops and learning opportunities. Now they’re available for everyone to use, whenever and wherever you need a dose of innovation!
The website features 28 activities – and counting. Each activity comes with instructions on how to lead it and debrief afterwards, as well as information on the time, number of participants and resources required.
For example, want to generate new ideas while avoiding group-think? Give Brain Writing a try. Keen on strengthening team member’s listening skills? Check out the Just Listen activity. Curious about the ripple effect a single change can have on a system? Take Ripple Effect for a spin!
ATTIC will be a living resource. We will continually update the website with new and wonderful activities and tools as we discover them. Do you have one we should know about? Please contact us at email@example.com!
