Improving Work Culture Through Perfomance Acknowledgement

Project summary:

Staff members have repeatedly expressed feelings of anxiety prior to attending their annual Performance Evaluation meetings. This project was developed to identify how to reduce or remove the anxiety though a change initiative and ultimately improve the experience. It quickly became clear that this was an opportunity to shift the culture by expressing appreciation and gratitude for the work the staff do, as opposed to the perception of it being about areas for improvement.
