Janice Vance – Hopes for Better Long-Term Care
We asked Janice Vance, a nurse who has focused her career on mental health and education, to tell us (and a few hundred of our friends) about her hopes for health care. She did so through a Pecha Kucha presentation at Health Talks on February 18, 2015.
Janice is a Regional Knowledge Coordinator – Complex Behaviours – Residential Care with Interior Health. She has worked in many countries, exposing her to a variety of health delivery systems. Part of her role involves developing and teaching “Plain Talk” workshops geared to frontline staff that always include humour and music.
