Leadership Preparation Webinars – Clear Wave 3

To build a strong foundation for change, prior to Clear’s third wave kicking off in January 2018, Clinical Leads/Directors of Care from participating care homes attended five, one-hour “leadership preparation” virtual webinars. These sessions provided details to help them build their Action & Improvement team, as well as information to help lead them through the initiative.
