At Quality Forum 2017, Lisa Schilling, VP of Healthcare Performance Improvement at Kaiser Permanente, shared how organizations can learn to drive change and accelerate learning while keeping your activities person-centred and community-focused.

With over 20 years in health care under her belt, Lisa has spent the past 11 years at Kaiser Permanente coaching tens of thousands of leaders, staff, and point-of-care teams how to adopt and apply their Institute for Healthcare Improvement-based model for improvement.
