LTC QI (2.0): HEC Improvement Charter

In partnership with Healthcare Excellence Canada, the LTC Quality Improvement “QI” program occurred from January to October 2022, supporting 286 long-term care homes across Canada, including 44 in BC to implement quality improvement projects focused on person-centered care and people in the workforce.

Below you will find the Healthcare Excellence Canada Improvement Charter template used by the teams in this program.
