LTC+: September Coaching Session – Utilizing Tools to Mitigate Issues

On September 27, 2021, we hosted the fifth monthly coaching session as part of the initiative, LTC+: Acting on Pandemic Learning Together. The coaching sessions are scheduled on the last Monday of every month and will run until December 2021. The goal is to provide just-in-time, facilitated conversations and peer-to-peer learning where we will share relevant and best practice information to support your journey.
