Process mapping is a valuable tool that helps us understand the systems that our work occurs in, and how various stakeholder groups experience these systems in the real world. Traditionally, process mapping sessions occur face-to-face with stakeholders contributing to the final product, but the COVID-19 pandemic has forced us to come up with new ways to engage others in this work.
