Quality Café: Virtual Process Mapping
Process mapping is a valuable tool that helps us understand the systems that our work occurs in, and how various stakeholder groups experience these systems in the real world. Traditionally, process mapping sessions occur face-to-face with stakeholders contributing to the final product, but the COVID-19 pandemic has forced us to come up with new ways to engage others in this work.
Join our team members April Price and Sarah Carriere as they share tips and techniques to use when planning and running virtual mapping activities in health care improvement work.
At the end of this webinar, you will be able to:
- Discuss various planning steps critical to preparing for a virtual mapping session
- Describe stakeholder engagement strategies for a successful virtual mapping session
- Compare tools related to virtual process mapping
