What is Releasing Time to Care?

Releasing Time to Care was developed by the NHS in the United Kingdom and is currently being adopted at several sites throughout British Columbia. The program supports frontline staff to identify challenges and implement solutions at the unit level in order to increase time available for direct patient care.
