The How-To of Embedding “What Matters to You” — September 26, 2018 Webinar

On Wednesday, September 26, we held a webinar that gave practical tips on how to embed “What Matters to You?” into your everyday practice.

For the webinar, we welcomed four special guests: Maggie Breslin from The Patient Revolution, Lara and Susan from the education department at Vancouver General Hospital, and Santanna Hernandez, a “What Matters to You?” Ambassador Lead. Each talked about their own experience with the question and gave advice on how to encourage health care partners and rally community members to get involved in the initiative. As well, we introduced our new poster which features “What Matters to You?” in many languages!
