Quality improvement initiatives are often complex, with seemingly unrelated change ideas being tested to hopefully improve the same area of the health care system. Driver diagrams are useful tools to break down and display many different change ideas while highlighting the relationship between different activities and the overall aim of the initiative. Join us to learn how to create and use driver diagrams effectively to advance quality improvement initiatives.
