Health care is a complex system, and we know that improving the quality of care requires knowledge, skill and confidence in a number of areas. That’s why our learning programs tackle improvement subjects, including, but not limited, to change management, leading and engaging people, improving culture, and measuring performance. We incorporate the latest research and evidence, emerging trends, and the fundamentals of improvement.  Our learning opportunities range from one-hour webinars to eight-month professional development programs, and are designed for participants with a variety of backgrounds and roles.

In response to COVID-19, we’ve paused our in-person learning programs.

Our learning programs are listed below, however please note that in order to avoid putting additional pressure on the system as it prioritizes its response to COVID-19, and to maintain physical and social distancing we’ve paused our in-person programs. We’re following the situation closely to determine the appropriate time to resume.

In the meantime, we’re developing several exciting online programs that will be added to the list below as details are finalized. Please continue to check this page and subscribe to our newsletter for updates. In addition to a new COVID-19 webinar series, and a new Quality Learning Series, we’re also working on an in-depth online program consisting of live sessions to support participants to lead quality improvement projects. Stay tuned!
