Are you looking for an opportunity to build your repertoire of skills, knowledge and tools to drive health care quality from the comfort of your computer screen? Then the Quality Learning Series are for you.

The purpose of the Quality Learning Series is to support participants to build knowledge, skills and confidence in the area of health care quality. Each free multi-week online series provides a deep dive into topics to drive and support the quality of care, as well as the opportunity to take learning into action. Utilizing a shared learning approach, participants will learn through application, reflection, practice and discussion.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Examine key concepts related to improving the quality of care
  • Build the knowledge and skills to drive health care quality
  • Gain confidence and experience applying best practices, concepts and tools
  • Use critical and analytical thinking to adapt and apply new knowledge and skills
