Engage to Improve in a Virtual World
This Quality Learning Series will return soon!
Do you think better results are produced when all members of a team are able to contribute? Do you want to surface the best ideas for the problems you’re facing today? And are you currently challenged to do this in a virtual environment? If you answered yes to these questions, then Liberating Structures are for you.
Engaging with stakeholders is a critical part of driving health care improvement. Having the right voices to inform and co-create solutions and strategies to support and sustain quality in the health care system should be a regular and continuous part of the process. Liberating Structures are a series of engaging facilitation techniques that can be used in meetings to optimize the perspectives and contributions of everyone involved. Whether you work at the point of care or at an organizational level this learning series will provide you with the opportunity to experience and design Liberating Structures for your context.
This Quality Learning Series is designed for anyone in BC’s health care system who wants to gain a deeper understanding of tools, strategies and techniques to better engage stakeholders in an online environment. During this free eight-week program, we’ll experience and explore Liberating Structures and virtual facilitation tips and tricks through interactive sessions, applied learning and post-session activities to prepare you to facilitate engagement in your own context.
