ens when a pandemic meets an existing public health emergency? Challenges
faced by people who use substances in BC have been amplified in the contex
t of COVID-19. The BC Centre on Substance Use (BCCSU)\, in collaboration w
ith the provincial government\, regional partners and community stakeholde
rs\, developed an approach to support continuity of care for those engaged
in treatment\, including interim clinical guidance outlining innovative s
trategies to mitigate risks during dual public health emergencies.\n\nIn t
his webinar\, you will learn how interim clinical guidance:\n\n* Was devel
oped to mitigate risks for people who use substances and optimize existing
treatment pathways and offer novel approaches\n* Was disseminated through
a variety of channels at regional\, provincial and national levels\, incl
